Compare a foot scan and insole, step by step

Follow the workbench from your first STL to an aligned insole export.

Use the numbered workflow in the workbench as your guide.

  1. Upload your foot scan

    Choose Left, Right, or Both, then upload one foot-scan STL.

  2. Orient and confirm the sole

    Rotate until the sole faces you. Select Use this view, check that teal covers only the sole, then select Looks right.

  3. Upload an insole

    Ergono3D pair is selected first and by default. Upload one paired STL, or choose Left or Right for a single-side file. If a paired file is reversed, use Swap insole L / R before aligning; the same control restores automatic detection.

  4. Align and compare

    Select Align insole to open the overlay. Contour preview scales only the insole copy; use Actual size 1:1 to review model dimensions.

  5. Export the fitted insole

    Review the geometric summary, then select Export fitted STL to save the aligned copy.
